FAQ - Dyed to order

Can I order a color that is currently out of stock?

Yes! Some colors can be custom-dyed for you, even when they are currently out of stock. These items will be dyed to order and are typically ready within 7–10 business days.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If your order includes dyed-to-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are ready. In other words, in-stock items will be held until the custom-dyed items are ready, so everything can be shipped together.

Can I receive the in-stock items in my order sooner?

Orders containing dyed-to-order items are shipped together once all items are ready. If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Are dyed-to-order items available in all colors and bases?

Custom dyeing availability depends on the specific yarn base and color. If an item is marked as available for custom dyeing, you can order it and allow 7–10 business days for preparation before shipment.

When will my order ship? 

Once your yarn is dyed, your order will ship as soon as possible. Please note our standard shipping policy & timeframes apply.
